Hey Everyone! I just wanted to welcome everyone to the beginning of their kettlebell journey and getting to learn how to use this amazing tool in the comfort of their home or at the gym!
My journey started 3 years ago and slowly fell in love with kettlebells every session. I self taught myself so I understand the challenges of not having a structured format or guide to follow. My goal is to share my experience to make this journey enjoyable while getting strong for life!
What To Expect
In this 4 week full body program, you will be learning how to use a kettlebell and the basic movements/techniques. This will also be coupled with bodyweight movements to improve conditioning and build relative strength.
There will be 3 full body days and 2 cardio days.
As the weeks go on there will be a slight progression to challenge your body by increasing volume and incorporating different movements of the same type.
The goal is to see increases in strength, better conditioning, mobility/stability improvements, better posture and confidence levels up.
